Hvidovre Cup 2026

Dear Curlers,

We are pleased to invite you to Hvidovre Cup 2026 which will be arranged in Hvidovre, Denmark, 9-11 January 2026.

Practical information

:Number of teams: Up to 24 teams – any constellation allowed !

Deadline:

Please send your registration to: turneringer@hcc.dk no later than 15 December 2025.

Entry fee:

DKK 2,000 / EUR 300 to be paid no later than 22 December 2023 in cash or by credit card before your first match.

The entry fee includes open sandwiches Friday evening, buffet dinner Saturday evening and breakfast buffet Saturday and Sunday morning for up to 5 persons.

The price for any additional person is DKK 100 for the open sandwiches and DKK 200 for the buffet dinner.

System of play:

Minimum 4 games guaranteed. The final system of play depends on the final number of teams (likely to be split into 2 tournaments after the preliminary games).

Time for each game is 90 minutes + 1 end after the signal (finish the end + play a final end)

We will confirm your entry to the tournament on receipt of your registration.

We will advise you of the time of the first game by e-mail soonest possible after 15th December, likely to be Friday noon/afternoon (depending on the number of teams).

The final program will be available at the beginning of the tournament.

Prizes:

After the preliminary games, the teams will be ranked and will likely be split into 2 tournaments. There will be prizes for the best 4 teams in each of the tournaments.

With minimum 16 teams the prizes will amount to a total of DKK 20,000.
